Q: I have no previous sales, management or jewelry experience or have minimal work experience. Am I still eligible to become a franchisee?  ?

A: Yes you are. We encourage all individuals that share our values to apply. Every franchisee must complete our paid internship program, during which we will provide full training to every accepted applicant. If you can meet the Franchise requirements, this may be a fantastic opportunity to live out your values while also building a future for you and your family.

Q: What are the requirements to apply for a Caelo franchise?

A: The requirements are minimal, however vital to your success as a Franchisee. Candidates must:

Q: What does a Caelo Franchise do?

A: Caelo franchises are the front lines of our company. They play a pivotal role, providing our valued customers with Caelo products factory direct. Essentially, Franchisees are independent small business owners that promote, market and sell Caelo products.

Q: What is the cost of a Caelo Franchise?

A: There is no cost for a Caelo Franchise, period. We cover all Local, State and Federal filing fees and costs associated with incorporating your Franchise.

Q: What are the responsibilities of a Franchisee?

A: As a small business owner, your day to day operations will encompass a broad range of tasks. In very brief terms, Franchisees will cultivate new customers, foster positive interactions with them, provide sales to your customers and provide ongoing support if necessary. A franchisees service does not stop after the sale is over, and will seek to forge a lasting relationship by ensuring long term customer satisfaction. Franchisees represent Caelo and are the heartbeat of our company.

Q: What about purchasing, managing and storing inventory?

A: We utilize a direct shipping model to send your customers their pieces directly to their front door. This model allows our Franchisees way more latitude, freeing up much needed labor resources and cash flow that can be used to attract new customers, not be tied up in product or other inventory.

Q: What if I do not follow the proper care instructions?

A: Following the proper care instructions provided with each necklace is imperative to maintaining the high quality construction of your piece. Improper care of your necklace is easily visible to our service staff if it occurs and may void the lifetime workmanship warrantee.

Q: Can I work another job or own another business while owning a Cealo franchise?

A: Yes! The Caelo Franchise model makes this the perfect fit for a part-time to full-time transition. For this reason among many others, this is one of the best small business opportunities around. Once you have reached $100,000 in annual gross sales, we expect Franchisees to commit their full time attention to the Franchise.

Q: Are shipping costs covered with the warrantee?

A: Our warrantee covers any return shipping costs from our service facility back to the customer. However, it is the costumers responsibility to pay for initial shipping costs to the nearest Caelo service facility to you. For the safest, most cost effective shipping method, we recommend wrapping your piece in a sheet of shipping tissue and using a 9x7 padded envelope for transit. The cost are very low for this method of shipping compared to many other methods of shipping. If possible, the nominal fee for shipping insurance or delivery confirmation may be an option you will want to look into.

Q: Does a warrantee cover my bracelet and earrings?

A: Yes! The warrantee is virtually identical to our necklace warranty in every way with a single exception being that bracelets and earrings are eligible for one restring/re-post during the life of the pieces. They are covered by a limited warrantee rather than a lifetime warrantee. Unfortunately, due to the constant strain of daily wear and tear, especially on the wrist, that 

bracelets and earrings endure they do not qualify for a lifetime warrantee.

Q: What does the warrantee not cover?

A: Unfortunatley.

Our commitment to quality is second to none. Chaelo offers a lifetime service warrantee on every necklace we design. If the cord on your Necklace ever breaks, simply send it to us with all of the components. Our staff will meticulously restring your piece and send it back, absolute free. 

A: While this situation complicates things a bit, it certainly does not mean there aren't options for you. Like most industries tied to fashion, bead colors and styles come and go on the whims of consumers and fashion designers. For that reason, we just can't guarantee availability of any beads beyond the initial year of release. However, our buyers do their best to find matching components in order to serve you for years to come. Keep in mind that your necklace has been designed to be aesthetically balanced, so each bead has a matching, corresponding counter-part bead. Like wise, for every bead you lose, you will need to replace a total of two beads. Your first option is to elect our staff to carefully match the bead(s) that are missing. While our industry leading warrantee cannot cover lost, damaged or stolen components, we only charge a very nominal fee simply to cover costs of materials for this service. We charge 4.99 for the first missing bead, finding or component and .99 for each additional missing bead or component.

Two very simple things: You need to send us the necklace and you need to follow the proper care instructions for your piece, that's it. When you send your necklace, we need all components including all findings, beads and the pieces of original broken cord.

A: There is no cost for a Caelo Franchise, period. We cover all Local, State and Federal filing fees and costs associated with incorporating your Franchise. The only costs that Franchise Candidates are responsible for is their personal general liability insurance, required in the majority of states to own and operate a business. This generally cost under $50 per month in most cases.
