If your piece needs a restring, we have you covered at absolutely no charge. If you are in need of repair or replacement components, we have that covered too and at as minimal of cost to you as possible. Please follow the brief instructions below and we will strive to get your service needs met as quickly as possible.

Step One:

Take a quick photo of your piece that is clear and is well lit but not so bright that it washes out the beads or other fine details of the piece that our staff will visually inspect.

Step Two:

Use the form provided below to send us the picture and provide a simple description of your needs.

Step Three:

Relax, we have you covered! Once you send us the form, one of our first available skilled staff will view your form, assess your service needs and open a service order to meet them. Once complete, you can send us your piece for repair. Thank you for being a Caelo customer.
